Project Role : Application Lead Project Role Description : Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.
Must have Skills : Oracle Retail XStore POS Good to Have Skills : UNIX Shell Scripting Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : a: Work as Support Lead and provide Level 2 / 3 support for client applications b: Troubleshoot Xstore complex issues from production c: Provide lead coverage in UK shifts on rotational basis d: Ensure that SLAs are adhered e: Represent L2 team in various client forums and discuss on Incidents and other complex issues Technical Experience : a: Retail Domain experience Xstore POS, 2-5 years Trouble shooting skill for analyzing problem tickets / production issues b: Experience in GIT - Code versioning Tool - Cloud awareness - AWS c: 2-4 years of experience in Xstore Retail domain and providing production support Professional Attributes : a: Good communication skills b: Good leadership skills c: Good analytical skills d: Good problem-solving skills to analyze production / critical issue Educational Qualification: a: MCA / MCM / MS / BCA b: BE/BTech
