Job description
Key Objectives of the Job Create and provide technical and advanced functional support of core learning technologies, system upgrades, integrations, new functionality, configuration changes that support learning, including (but not limited to) Learning Management System, eLearning development tools and course integration, System integrations, Metrics and reporting solutions.
Major Deliverables The major responsibilities are to: ● Coordinate and work closely with website developers ● Provide edTech partners with backend and frontend requirements and help land our e-learn content on their platform ● Serve as the main contact point for partners and stakeholders ● Work with partners and other stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of courses on partner LMS. ● Make recommendations to support learning methodologies and approaches to ensure learning objectives are met. ● Measure and report performance of the organisation’s and partners’ websites and assess against goals. ● Analyze web and google analytics data to evaluate site performance ● Discover underperforming areas of the sites ● Translate data to provide tactical recommendations to improve site traffic, engagement and conversions ● Work closely with Research, Monitoring and Evaluation team to ensure seamless tracking implementation, data collection, and multichannel data integration. ● Support the maintenance and enhancements of the insight tools/platforms ● Maintain technical knowledge of e-learning applications and best practices ● Remain up-to-date with learning principles, distance learning software, instructional design methods and evaluation techniques. Job Challenge ● To work closely with multiple Partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth functioning of the organisation’s website and Elearn courses Specialised job competencies ● Analytical and quantitative skills including a strong understanding of online metrics, data sources, database mining ● Experience with web design/development, e-learning design software, such as Articulate or similar, Flash, Camtasia, Photoshop and PowerPoint. ● Google Certified Adwords Professional ● Basic knowledge of Java Script and HTML coding. ● Basic understanding of Wordpress and CSS ● Familiar with SCROM packages ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ● Excellent analytical skill Educational Qualification ● Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Quantitative Social Sciences ● Certification in Instructional Design or Learning Management Systems Desired Experience 4-5 years of experience as an elearn analyst/ associate analyst/ digital analyst Other desired attributes Ability to work in a small team, good inter-personal skills, ability to work under constant pressure and manage multiple projects across digital platforms, Excellent communication skills Location - Mumbai Salary range -40000-50000 (based on experience) + Travel Allowance + Training Reimbursement + Therapeutic ReimbursementJob tags
