Role Description

The Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and assisting with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities. This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant Human Resources Manager.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of discretion
• Knowledge of HR policies and practices
• Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the entertainment industry is a plus
