Job Overview We are hiring a Human Resources Executive to join our team at Angel Recruiting. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in HR to grow their career in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills

Roles And Responsibilities - Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Implement effective strategies for talent acquisition and retention
- Manage employee relations and address any issues or concerns
- Lead performance management initiatives and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Develop and implement training and development programs for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Conduct exit interviews and provide recommendations for improvement
- Support the development of HR policies and procedures
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in human resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various HR projects
