Work Schedule:

Candidates must be willing and able to work schedules during our operating hours, which may include evenings and weekends. Specific schedule information will be provided by the Recruiter. This position requires that you attend trainings as scheduled. Training hours may not coincide with your regularly scheduled hours. 

As a Fraud Claims Specialist in the Chase team, you will be tasked with delivering business results and providing unique solutions to our customers. Your communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills will be put to the test as you navigate multiple technologies in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate resilience and adaptability, while adhering to regulatory and departmental practices. This role offers the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a team, with potential for professional growth and advancement.
