Job description
# Manage overall Security Operations, including Man, Material Security, and Machinery, ensuring enforcement of relevant policies and SOPs.
# Develop, implement, and oversee security processes across the unit to mitigate risks and respond to incidents effectively.
# Control and monitor expenses related to security operations, maintaining a balance between effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
# Supervise the entry/exit of Man/Material, coordinate with Wt Bridge sections, and ensure process adherence for equipment movement.
# Oversee vendor/service provider relationships, obtaining intelligence inputs, and sharing them regularly with the HR Head.
# Patrol factory premises, prevent intrusion, and conduct proper documentation of material movement and vehicle-related reports.
# Take charge of people management aspects, including creating weekly rosters, conducting daily meetings, and training security personnel.
# Conduct regular mock drills, fire extinguisher training, and ensure adherence to security and safety protocols.
# Investigate theft/loss incidents, maintaining discipline, and demonstrating crisis management experience.
# Manage a security team independently, addressing staff issues effectively.
