Job description
Senior Analyst – Credit Underwriting Qualification & Experience: MBA (Finance) 5-8 years of experience in credit division of a Bank / NBFC / Rating Company/ Consulting role / General management role Key Responsibilities: Review credit appraisal / underwriting / credit memo of unsecured business loan applications, prepared by junior credit risk analysts to determine feasibility of granting credit to the applicant Conduct buyer PD over phone/ virtual meetings to obtain information for loan applications and analyse the financial situation of the client. Take reference checks for prospective borrowers from market, liaise with business team Ensure completion of all necessary verifications checks related to the loan application within the required turn around Handle and improve the credit backend process for smooth functioning, ensure adherence to internal credit policy and SOP Review and manage existing credit exposure; periodically monitor clients’ financial health, through quarterly financials, sales projections, collection, approval etc
