We are seeking a talented and experienced System Administrator to join our team . As a System Administrator, you will manage and maintain our computer systems and networks.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of troubleshooting any technical issues, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our systems. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and identifying potential problems.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in system administration and a deep understanding of network protocols and infrastructure. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. Responsibilities - Install, configure, and maintain Healthcare Integration applications.
- Perform server administration tasks (ex: user/group, security permissions, group policies, print services); research event-log warnings and errors; and monitor resources to ensure that systems architecture components work together seamlessly.
- Proactively monitor system performance and ensure its continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to identify potential system enhancements.
- Ready to work in Rotational Shifts 24*7(shift allowances included).
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with developers, system administrators, and end-users.
Requirements - Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5-7 years of Server, database, and system administration experience.
- Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems language
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP stack), Database backup and Storage.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
- Knowledge of security best practices and implementation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Additional Requirements all these requirements will be a plus Experience with the U.S Healthcare Industry.
In-depth knowledge of HL7 standards, such as HL7.
- Strong understanding of healthcare information systems and electronic health records (EHR)
- Experience with interface engines and middleware, such as Mirth Connect or Rhapsody. MOVEit, Healthconnect.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Relevant HL7 certifications.
