Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing, the Marketing Content Writer will be responsible for writing the content that we need for our marketing activities - blogs, white papers, website pages, promotional emails, social posts, press releases, articles, data sheets, powerpoint slides, and any other written materials.
Our content is very technical in nature. The source of such content is inputs from engineers, scientists, scientific papers, publications, etc.
The successful candidate is a proactive team player, well-organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, meets deadlines, and goes above and beyond to get the job done.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, English, or a technical discipline
More than 8 years of experience in content development for B2B marketing requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to understand technical and scientific content, and convert it into content applicable to our target audience
Self-starter with an ability to execute all the work from start to finish Can work independently with minimal supervision
Proactive team player, well-organized, collaborative and detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, meets deadlines, and goes above and beyond to get the job done
Ability to create graphics / images and/or video editing is a plus but not required.
