Job description
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly acquisition and retention goals through persistent and enthusiastic outreach
- Customize the buying experience by encouraging involvement with our people, programs and places to align with the unique needs, interests and goals of each prospective customer
- Initiate, develop and grow relationships with new and current customer
- Leverage new and existing relationships to maximize customer referrals
- Predict customer needs through on-going communication
Requirements :
- Relevant 4– 7 years of sales and customer service experience from the industry
- Good written as well as oral communication skills
- Pro-efficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong and aggressive sales approach
- Ability to engage and exude confidence with distinguished clientele
- Self-motivated and self-starter
- Experience in meeting and exceeding goals in a performance-based culture
- Desire to learn and adapt in an ever-changing environment
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys and works well on a team
Experience with Sales CRM preferred
