Job description
1.Developing an event marketing strategy including goals, objectives and targets Audiences.
2.Coordinating with office team to ensure that all elements of the event are delivered as planned.
3.Managing the budget for an event, Including Negotiating rates with the Client.
4.Planning events such as a wedding & other events etc.
5.Communicating with the clients to address concern or answer questions about and events progress.
6.Researching trends in event planning to develop new ideas for future events.
7.Who are Passionate in Event Management.
8.Client relationship management.
9.Outstanding communication skills & Presentations.
10.Initial discussions with clients to discuss wedding packages, the type of wedding desired, and their wedding budget.
11.Developing positive ties with the client pair so that you may understand their planning and vision.
12.Consulting with clients on wedding specifics, such as entertainment and decoration preferences.
13.Advising on etiquette, tradition, and customs.
14.Forging strong relationships with clients and discovering exactly what they want from their wedding and from you as the wedding planner
15.Key skills include communication, organization, and attention to details
16.Should be methodical and adept at handling difficult or stressful situations
17.Should keep abreast of the latest wedding trends as well as demonstrate exceptional communication, organization, and customer service skills
18.Monitoring all wedding-day activities to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
