Job description

1. Having more than 15 years of experience in Project field having experience in conceptualization, planning and execution of brown field /green filed project
2. Having most experience from overall of chemical industries is preferable
3. Preparing /Review of Conceptual Layout, P&ID, mechanical Data Sheet, , Material of Construction, Utility requirements /calculation etc
4. Capex Preparation for & Co-ordination with detailing team for Capex Costing.
5. Sizing Calculation of All Process equipment (Reactor, Tanks, HE, Pumps, Filters, Dryers, Distillation Column, Reboiler, Heating Cooling System, Utility equipments etc)
6. Prepare BOM from consultant drawing / Review of BOM submitted by consultant
7. Creation of PR and Keep tracking for material receipt status, quality inspection and approval of material
8. Measurement sheet certification/checking of contractors & make service entry in SAP
9. Review Fabrication Drawing as per Process data sheet
10. Should have good experience of fabrication , erection of structure still and process and utility equipment’s
11. TCS Preparation for Equipment
12. Checking Installation as per P&ID & Co-ordination with Project Team during detailing
13. should have good knowledge of safety standards of company like etc
14. Water Trial, Commissioning & Handover to Plant Operation Team
15. Good Presentation Skill
16. Good Communication Skill
17. Project Planning
18. Project Scheduling
