About the role
The successful candidate will help drive IT Process Management for Change and be responsible for the setup of change management for all IT Services and Systems around the globe.
Role Requirements
• Own the global change process and its adherence
• Manage the organizational risks associated with change
• Proactively managed change performance across the board to ensure SLAs and KPIs are achieve
• Identify, establish, and implement key ITIL practices
• Support and ensure compliance to defined IT governance controls, standards and practices.
• Accountable for managed suppliers and ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supply performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels.
