Job Overview
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Oceanmtech, a leading software development company based in Surat, Gujarat, India. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruiting, payroll management, employee benefits design, performance management, and new hire onboarding. This is a full-time position, and the ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources.
Qualifications and Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in human resources management
- Strong knowledge of recruiting and hiring practices
- Proficiency in payroll management systems
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of human resources policies and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in accordance with company goals
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates
- Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Design and manage employee benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Oversee performance management processes and provide guidance to managers
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation programs
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulations
- Address employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary
