Education & Training:
Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Electrical & Electronics/equivalent
Skill Requirements:
Below is the JD of the profile.
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.E or equivalent
- Certified : CSM / SAFe / Equivalent certification
- Should be from Embedded development Background
Job Responsibilities:
To Scrum Team :
- Coaching the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality
- Helping the Development Team to create high-value products
- Removing impediments to the Development Team's progress
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
- Coaching the Development Team in organizational environments in which Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood
- Participate in Huddle, Lead PO – PO meeting (whenever required)
- Facilitating Scrum events as requested or needed
Safe agile is added plus.
