Position- Kitchen Supervisor

Experience- 8-10 Years

Qualifications- Basic knowledge of Kitchen Hygiene / 1-2 years work experience as Steward in a hotel or restaurant with good standards desirable

Salary- 30K to 35K per month ( negotiable as per experience)

Commitment Period- 1 Year

Job Location- B3/ 187, Block B3, Janakpuri, New Delhi, Delhi, 110058

Working days- 6 days a week, with the flexibility to take (any) one day off per week.

Working Timings- 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM

Role & Responsibilities -

• Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
• Oversee the management of kitchen inventory, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the management team to address operational challenges and enhance overall restaurant performance.
