• Job: Senior HR Executive Recruitment 
• Location: Remote / WFH / Company office

• Primary Role: Y ou will identify, engage, interview and secure top-tier NON-IT / IT talent for various roles for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
2. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, networking events, and industry partnerships, to attract qualified candidates.
3. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
4. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
5. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions, providing insights to enhance recruitment practices.
7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Non-IT Recruiter.
2. Proficient in using recruitment tools, social media, and other sourcing platforms.
3. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or in any other field is preferred.
