Job description
Job Summary: 5-7 years of proven experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex situations and make data-driven decisions. Strong background in assessing the cost-benefit analysis of tools and technologies, enabling efficient and effective decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Experience in conducting cost-benefit analyses and business case development. Strong proficiency in financial modeling and analysis. Familiarity with a wide range of project management tools and technologies, including but not limited to collaboration platforms, task management tools, and project tracking software. Develop cost-benefit analyses and business cases to support decision-making related to tool selection and implementation. Develop and maintain detailed financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes. Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and align budgetary requirements accordingly. Analyze historical financial data and trends to make informed recommendations for future budgetary adjustments. Work closely with department heads to allocate resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Provide insights and recommendations on optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency. Monitor and analyze costs against budgets, identifying areas for cost control and efficiency improvement. Implement strategies to mitigate financial risks and optimize cost structures. Assist in the development of financial forecasts and projections. Evaluate the financial impact of various scenarios and provide insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accurate representation in financial models. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or professional certification such as CFA, CPA is a plus).
