Job description

Build strong understanding of the business/corporate functions to appreciate their impact and link it to skill technical requirements/functional knowledge/domain expertise Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks, to attract and identify qualified candidates for respective roles within assigned budgets Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, interview and shortlist candidate for business interviews, manage the overall interview, selection, and offer closure Build a strong case for offer acceptance by managing internal/external parity and pitching client as employer of choice Ensuring a seamless pre-joining experience while collaborating with hiring manager, HRBP and HR Ops Build a strong pipeline by engaging with potential candidates and maintaining database in Darwinbox Maintain and analyse data to track conversion rate at each step of the funnel, turnaround time, source mix Continuously improve sourcing and recruiting strategies by staying current with industry trends and best practices

Qualification : 4-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in Business/Corporate roles, preferably in Fintech industry/growth startup Graduate/Post Graduate degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field

Skills, experiences & behavior: Strong understanding of business roles like Risk, Marketing, Consumer/Merchant Lending and various corporate functions. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies, search tools and ATS Exposure of working with leadership team Data Analytics-MS Excel Good communication skills, self-starter and stakeholder management Excellent negotiation skills, Ownership and problem solving
