Role - Institutional Sales Location - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:

Managerial Responsibilities Coverage, Fundraising for Alternative Investment Funds, Business development, Relationship management and post sales engagement & servicing Functional Responsibilities Onboarding Corporate Treasuries / Family offices / insurance companies through right selling. Networking & engaging with investors on an on-going basis, maintaining effective and efficient communication on markets and fund updates to all investors. Reporting on-ground market intelligence and maintaining investor-wise feedback. Events & Conferences, Seminars for deep engagement. Qualifications: MBA / CA / CFA or Equivalent Post Graduation degree in Finance Minimum 5-7 years of professional work experience in Institutional Sales or equivalent Should have an excellent relationship with the Insurance companies / Family offices /corporate treasuries /NPS. Should have dealt with institutional investors in AIF/ Wealth Firms - Insti Sales / Mutual Fund/ Debt Capital Market or equivalent background. Preference would be to hire the candidate with institutional sales experience in AIF / Wealth Insti Sales Ability to Network / engaging with corporate / institutional clients - senior personnel and key decision makers. Strong connections with Fund Managers, CIOs, CFOs, Head Treasury & Family Office Principals Relationship & Sales Management Proficiency to present the industry overview, product strategies and onboard direct institutional investors. Market awareness & new trends Sound knowledge of fixed income markets and products Passionate about creating a new range of direct investors at scale. Willingness to Travel Keen focus on processes, execution & outcomes Regulatory awareness Confident, strong communication skills, easily approachable, analytical, flexibility and adaptability. Relationship building capability and handle sales pressure. Leadership quality, influencing personality, work ethics, integrity. Working independently as well as in a team Interpersonal skills Accountability

Who We Are? Vivriti Asset Management , wholly owned subsidiary of Vivriti Capital, was set up in February 2019 to raise, invest and manage mid to long term fixed income funds from investors who prefer to earn a superior risk adjusted return, over traditional investment avenues or direct bond investments, by leveraging our deep sector understanding and the leveraging the flexibility in structuring offered by an AIF vehicle.
