Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain calendars for the management team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Coordinate client interactions, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and arranging client meetings
  • Provide office support, such as managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and handling general administrative tasks
  • Assist with personal scheduling and organization for the management team
  • Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
  • Perform research and gather information as requested
  • Organize and maintain files and records
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with integrity and professionalism
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
