Job Description :We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a proven track record in cloud-native environments, particularly within Kubernetes and container orchestration. Holding both CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) and CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Application Developer) certifications is essential for this role. As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines for our cloud-based applications. Key Responsibilities : Kubernetes Expertise: Leverage your CKA and CKAD certifications to provide in-depth knowledge and guidance on Kubernetes administration and application development. CI/CD Pipeline Architecture: Lead the design and implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines, utilizing best practices and industry standards. Containerization Mastery: Demonstrate proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring efficient deployment and orchestration of applications. Azure DevOps Integration: Integrate CI/CD processes seamlessly into Azure DevOps, managing build agents, release pipelines, and deployment environments. Scripting and Automation: Utilize strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, to automate deployment processes. Familiarity with Python or Bash is an added advantage. Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Implement Infrastructure as Code principles, utilizing tools like ARM templates for efficient infrastructure provisioning on Azure. Monitoring and Optimization: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to track and optimize the performance and reliability of CI/CD pipelines. Security and Compliance: Ensure the implementation of security best practices within CI/CD pipelines, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Troubleshooting Expertise: Provide expert-level support for CI/CD-related issues, promptly resolving build and deployment failures. Qualifications : 5-8 years of dedicated development experience in Microsoft languages (.NET/C#). 4-5 years of dedicated development in Microsoft Azure CI side with Windows and Linux containers, including AKS experience. In-depth knowledge of object-oriented analysis and design (OOA&D) methodology, micro-services, SOLID design principles, and TDD. Familiarity with Application Security via OWASP Top 10 and common mitigation strategies. Extensive experience with source control systems (git) and Azure DevOps. Detailed knowledge of database design and object/relational database technology. (ref:hirist.tech)
