We are hiring for Team Leader - Sales for Pune location, who have good experience b/w 4 yrs to 5 yrs. Below are Job description:
- To lead the assigned Sales Team of the company for Pune Zone.
- To ensure that each & every team member works whole heartedly with full devotion in order to achieve his / her target & succeed in achieving their target.
- Ensure team should not leave without reporting you on daily basis.
- To review the performance of each member on weekly / fortnightly / monthly basis & if some of the member are lagging behind in achieving their target, to take immediate remedial measures.
- To ensure every team member maintain proper decorum in office premises.
- To attend meeting with company clients at site & at client's place, wherever necessary & to satisfy them for long-term association with the company. Also to make sure that every team member should do at least 5 OBM per month.
- Doing feedback calls of visited clients & Calling to drop out clients. Making confirmation call to clients who have confirmed to visit site.
- Preparation & sharing weekly report to your reporting manager before completion of weekend that is before Sunday night every week. After reviewing, sending the weekly report to individual team member on every Tuesday before 11 am.
- Ensure updating payment status of client for every booking.
- Ensure every live lead should get connected by team on the same moment or at the most within 5 minutes of lead served.
- Doing follow up calls in the absence of any team member.
- Compulsory stand up meeting of 10 to 15 minutes every day with team.
