About The Function At BGFO, we manage the overall financial prudence, compliances, audits and financial control.
What You'll Be Doing - Strong exposure and experience in Statutory, Internal, IFC and tax audit
- Understanding the applicable IND AS with the auditors, conversion and restatement of financial statements according to IND AS
- Preparation of Financial statements of holding and subsidiary companies and consolidation of the same as per IGAAP and IndAS.
- Coordinating with the auditors for any opinion,guidance needed related to any business arrangements
- Understanding, Identifying, streamlining processes and internal controls
- Preparing AR and AP ageing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, increased efficiency, and cost savings.
- Liaising with Big 4 auditors in order to assist in the development of audit plans and schedules tailored to Indian regulatory requirements. Prioritize audit assignments and allocate resources effectively to meet deadlines
- Reconciliation of Financial Statements with tally/ERP
- Participate in special audit projects, investigations, and due diligence activities as needed.
What Will Make You a Great Candidate - Qualified Chartered Accountant with 4-5 years post qualification experience.
- Thorough knowledge of Indian accounting principles, taxation regulations, and auditing standards.
- Startup / Big 4 experience will be preferred
- Excellent MS office and communication skills.
- Working experience of Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) would be an added advantage
- Working experience of GST and TDS
- Result and timeline driven, self motivated, ability to handle pressure
- High ethical standards and integrity
