We provide expert financial advisory and execution services to a diverse clientele of businesses and investors. We have closed over 60 transactions, totaling to transaction value of more than INR 10,000 Cr, primarily spanning across private equity, M&A, IPO Advisory and Structured Finance. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and personalized solutions, and we are looking for a highly motivated Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Job Description:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industries, and investment opportunities. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor analysis, and identifying emerging sectors.
• Approaching potential clients and target companies.
• Perform financial analysis on companies, including financial statement analysis, valuation modeling and financial forecasting
• Assist in business development activities such as preparing pitch materials, presentations, and proposals for potential clients.

Skills and Qualification :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Takes initiative in identifying and pursuing opportunities for business development
• Excellent research abilities with the capacity to gather and synthesize information from various sources.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Candidate having 0-1 year experience.
