Summarized Accountability: Complete responsibility for Management Reporting system, financial analysis, cost analysis, capital tracking, productivity, yield analysis and other reporting and analysis
Location - Madhya Pradesh , India CTC - 22 LPA Qualification - CMA – [ICWA] competed. Industry preference - Manufacturing relevant candidates can also mail their cv directly at [email protected] Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Business Partnering the Plant Management Team Ø All activities supporting financial planning & analysis for the plant & supporting the FP&A team in HO, Mumbai in terms of overall plant MIS submissions. Ø Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances (Flash & Bridge). Ø Preparation of Plant and Regional - profit and loss account from SAP and Power BI. Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant financial data and insights for decision-making. Review data received. Ø Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management based on comprehensive analysis. Costing Management: Manage and optimize costing systems to ensure accurate product cost calculations. Ø Conduct regular cost analysis to identify cost drivers and recommend cost-saving initiatives. Ø Compare BOM (Bill of Material) & Activity changes to avoid cost run error & reduced time Ø Tracking export related cost for correct cost allocation / Cost run. Ø Collaborate with production and SCM teams to monitor and control manufacturing costs. Ø Supply planning evaluation and overview with appropriate suggestions for plant to be used for production among all the plants as per geographical position and cost effectiveness. Ø Scenario analysis and saving opportunity by shifting preponing / postponing / shifting production among all the plant. Ø Complete review, analysis and commentary on Total Primary and Secondary freight and warehousing. Management Information Systems (MIS): Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust MIS systems to ensure accurate and timely reporting by Ø Complete the month end closing and key reports by 2nd of every month Ø Streamline data collection processes to enhance efficiency and reliability of information. Ø Collaborate with IT teams to leverage technology for optimizing MIS capabilities. Eg. Using Power BI / Excel Dashboard Ø Generate and present insightful financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends. (Direct Cost, Gross Margins etc.. ) Ø Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making processes. Ø Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information. Ø Handling master data, analyses and closely coordinate with data analysis team, interpreting the data and reports. Ø Process Cost Allocation Prepare costing allocation entries, tracking of PR & PO , GR/IR in SAP S/4 Hana Ø To be able to understand FMCG Primary & Secondary Business Model Ø Should be able to prepare ad hoc management analysis reports Experience & Education CMA – [ICWA] competed. Along with MBA in accounting/operation will be preferred Proven experience (7 years) in financial planning and analysis, MIS, and costing roles within the food manufacturing industry. Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent Command over English – Commentary writing and presentation Expert in power point presentation, MS office, word, excel, ERP, SAP, Power BI Advance MS Excel, Proficient with MS office (V - Lookup, H-Lookup, Pivots) Functional Requirements: Must have experience of general accounting principles, Costing & understanding on Budgeting and Analysis Generate and present insightful financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends. Communicate financial insights in a clear and concise manner to support decision-making Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication of financial information.
