Job Description: Jr. Store Executive
Receiving, storing and issuing of materials required for smooth production
and other support functions.
Key Responsibilities:
? Receipt of material, Physical Receipt and Make entry in system (on the
same day).
? Proper storage and preservation of materials.
? Ensure compliance to ISO procedures for storage and preservation of
materials.
? Maintain 5S and Visual workplace in stores areas.
? Coordinates with other functions.
? Prepare list of non – moving and slow moving items.
? Takes monthly, half yearly and annual inventory and make reports.
? Send documents to accounts for making payments.
? Ensure safe handling of equipments.
? Support Packaging and Dispatch Functions.
? Maintain clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
? Graduate.
? 3-4 years of relevant experience.
? Engineering Organization.
? Knowledge of QMS, EMS, 5S and ERP.
? Working knowledge of MS Suite.
