Job responsibilities:
- Focus on Empanelment with Corporate & PSU's for Events.
- Look for Government Events & Exhibitions Tenders and apply them.
- To understand client briefs and/ or requirements and decode it.
- Brainstorm with the in-house team for creative solutions and make winning proposals to be presented to clients.
- Responsible for new client acquisition in events, experiential, exhibit, and other related services.
- Call, meet, and follow up with prospective clients and manage end-to-end sales cycle while retaining existing clients.
- Take complete ownership of existing & potential accounts and handle clients' queries/complaints in the utmost professional and timely manner.
- Accountable for achieving Quarterly & Annual Sales targets for self & team alike.
- Plan and execute events with the help of internal and external stakeholders and ensure their smooth execution.
- Ensure closure of all processes with end-to-end payment processes, invoicing, and follow-up for payments, and customer feedback.
- Ensuring that all contractual agreements done with the clients are fulfilled to their expectations.
- Reporting to top management about day-to-day progress and creating weekly and monthly projections and reports.
Required Profile:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in event management, business administration, or marketing Sales.
- 0-01 yrs of relevant industry experience in business development in events, experiential, exhibit, and other related services.
- Strong network connections with decision-makers in the industry.
- Persuasive and able to sell an idea with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to present confidently and concisely to clients and in-house team alike.
- Team management skills to develop the team and lead them to success.
- Proficient with MS Office suite.
- Open for extensive travel.
- Highly motivated and driven by targets.
Position reporting to: Director/CEO
Target structure: 1 Crores
Annual CTC for the role would be 2 - 4 lacs based on the expertise of the candidate.
