Job description

Store Manager

1. To facilitate systems to handle increased receipts, issues (dispensing) to meet higher volumes targeted at DHPL
through training the team. (not less than ten lakh units confirmation on a monthly basis).
2. No difference between Physical stock v/s. stock at any given time. SAP stocks reflections are final.
3. Train the team towards Certification and compliance to ISO 22716 and ISO 9001 guidelines.
4. Upgrade the documentation process at stores in line with international audit requirements.
5. Participate in up gradation of DHPL project- relevant to stores area.
6. Monitoring of Annexure/Excise duty documents: To return annexure materials within 180 days. Return materials to
HDC before one month of expiry.
7. To submit a monthly report of activities carried out at stores.
8. To learn and demonstrate the required SAP transactions pertaining to store activities. To
keep track of retesting of RM/PM well in advance in coordination with QC/QA.
9. Absolutely NIL debit notes- for physical stock mismatching; items getting expired for not following FEFO(RM),
FIFO(PM), accidental spillages during loading, unloading and dispensing.
10. FEFO for RM and PM shall be complied with and demonstrated at any point of time.
11. Make suitable provisions for loading/unloading of RM/PM/FG and ensure no vehicles are
detained for more than four hours from the time of entry of vehicle.
12. All RM/PM to be stored on pallets, well protected, with none of the RM/PM being exposed to open conditions.
13. Responsible for carrying out good house- keeping practices and pest control procedures. Log books to be
maintained in stores.
14. Responsible for balance calibration for all balances available in stores and ensure compliance to Limits.
15. SAP v/s physical stock audit to be carried out every quarter.
