Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Soldering Technician to play a crucial role in our radiator production process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing precision soldering tasks, ensuring the integrity and reliability of our radiator units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Soldering Operations: Perform precision soldering tasks to assemble radiator components according to company specifications and industry standards.
2. Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on soldered joints to ensure they meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless integration of soldering processes into the overall manufacturing workflow.
4. Equipment Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance on soldering equipment and report any malfunctions or issues promptly.
5. Adherence to Safety Protocols: Strictly adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of soldering activities, including quantities produced, materials used, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
1. Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in soldering operations, preferably in a manufacturing or radiator production environment.
2. Skills: Proficient in soldering techniques, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to interpret technical drawings and work with various materials.
3. Team Player: Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.

Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional technical certifications in soldering or related fields are a plus.
