Job Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand identity.
- Create content calendars, considering seasonality, trends, and campaign objectives.
Content Creation and Curation:
- Generate creative and engaging content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content.
- Curate relevant industry content to share with the audience and foster community engagement.
Platform Management:
- Manage and administer social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into broader marketing initiatives.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of social media efforts.
- Prepare regular reports summarizing campaign performance and providing insights for optimization.
Key Requirements:
Proven Experience:
- Demonstrable experience as a Social Media Manager, showcasing successful management of social media accounts for brands or clients.
- Familiarity with various social media platforms and their unique features.
Content Creation Skills:
- Strong creative and content creation skills, including graphic design, writing, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms.
Strategic Thinker:
- Ability to develop and execute strategic social media plans aligned with business objectives.
- Understanding of current social media trends and emerging platforms.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to tailor communication to different audiences and brand voices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience (4+ years) in social media management.
