Job description
- Assessing and quantifying cybersecurity risks in the OT environment, considering emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry best practices
- Preparing and delivering comprehensive risk reports and assessments to inform decision-makers and stakeholders within the organization
- Developing and publishing relevant OT security policies and standards in coordination with the OT security team.
- Working closely with internal teams such as internal audit, vulnerability management, and threat intelligence to align OT risk assessments with broader cybersecurity initiatives.
- Coordinating and supporting both internal and external assessments and audits of OT systems, sites, and programs to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Developing risk mitigation plans and strategies to address identified vulnerabilities and threats in OT environments.
- Ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices relevant to OT cybersecurity.
- Utilizing data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in OT security data, enhancing proactive risk management.
- Briefing executive leaders, OT/IT staff, and plant leaders on the status of our OT cybersecurity risk, relevant threats, vulnerabilities and current plans to mitigate or remediate them.
- Assisting and coordinating the evaluation of the security posture of OT vendors and third-party suppliers to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements
- Improving risk assessment methodologies and reporting processes based on industry developments and lessons learned.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Cybersecurity, Information Security, or Risk Management; or relevant on-the-job work experience.
- Have Proven experience in cybersecurity risk analysis, particularly in the OT domain.
- Have Knowledge of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA systems. Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and frameworks.
- Have Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills. Effective communication and report-writing skills
- Have a Bachelor s or master s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CRISC).
- Have Previous experience in the oil and gas, energy, or manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of industry-specific standards and regulations (e.g., NIST, IEC 62443).

- Have Experience with risk quantification tools and methodologies
