Job description
We are looking for Customer Support Executive for Ahmedabad Location.
Job Description:
- Domestic Voice Process.
- Inbound calling.
- Resolving customer queries through phone calls.
- Good Communication in English.
Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM
Qualifications and Skills:
- 12th pass/ graduation/ diploma
- Must be able to Speak in Hindi and basic English.
- Typing Speed- 20 to 25 wpm
Working days
- Working days: 6 days in a week
- Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)
Salary:
14,500/- CTC, 12,500/- (in hand)
