Job description

We are looking for Customer Support Executive for Ahmedabad Location.

Job Description:

• Domestic Voice Process.
• Inbound calling.
• Resolving customer queries through phone calls.
• Good Communication in English.

Shift Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM

Qualifications and Skills:

• 12th pass/ graduation/ diploma
• Must be able to Speak in Hindi and basic English.
• Typing Speed- 20 to 25 wpm

Working days

• Working days: 6 days in a week
• Weekly off: 1 day (Rotational) and not necessarily (Saturday / Sunday)

Salary:

14,500/- CTC, 12,500/- (in hand)
