Job description

This position requires in-depth knowledge of Investments Experience with financial instruments (Fixed income securities, Private placements, Mutual funds, derivatives etc.) in global securities markets, working exposure to end to end trade life cycle, role of front office, middle office and back office.
.Working experience of trade processing and settlements, reporting, investment pricing, additional/miscellaneous income.
.Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to expedite resolution of breaks/discrepancies
.Knowledge about global financial regulatory and their functions, role of rating agencies.
.This position is responsible for providing complete governance to the process, perform review of the work performed/ establishing controls/ streamlining the process and management reporting and managing client escalations/queries
.Ensure all processes are SOX compliant, govern internal/external audits.
.Review and ensure all critical service levels are met
.Client Relationship Management
.Handling client issues/queries
.Participate in Periodic Performance Assessments with Client and EXL Leadership
.Team Administration, Development Planning

.Comprehension skills - should be able to read, interpret business documents.
.Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
.Ability to multi task and handle adverse situations in a professional and calm manner.
