Trident Dispatch, a leading talent acquisition services company, is seeking a skilled Sales & Marketing Engineer with 4 to 6 years of experience. This mid-level position is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. The Sales & Marketing Engineer will be responsible for driving sales and marketing initiatives, managing sales operations, handling quotations, conducting routine visits, executing marketing campaigns, handling customer orders, developing marketing strategies, and conducting market research.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, with 4 to 6 years in a similar role
• Strong sales management and operations skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in handling quotations and order management
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in conducting market research and analyzing data
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and campaign execution
• Familiarity with market trends and competitors' activities
• Self-motivated and result-oriented

Roles and Responsibilities

• Drive sales and marketing initiatives to achieve company targets
• Manage sales operations, including monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and identifying business opportunities
• Handle quotation requests from clients and provide accurate pricing information
• Conduct routine visits to clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Execute marketing campaigns to promote company products and services
• Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure timely delivery
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitors' activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination
