Job description
Inside Sales is a challenging level position involving research and lead generation via Google, LinkedIn, and calling etc. Inside Sales Specialist will be a highly motivated and self-starter person able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources. He/she will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads based on in-depth research & competitor analysis for focused verticals.
- Achieve the set target of qualified leads to be generated campaign wise for Sales team.
- Set up meetings, ensures the sales personnel is equipped with necessary information.
- Orient sales manager about subtle nuances captured during lead generation exercise and assist in building sales collaterals to orient prospective clients.
- Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the same for targeting potential prospects.
- Persistent follow up with client. Communicates in a clear & timely manner to ensure on building lasting relations.
- Understands non-verbal and underlying cues of the prospects and aims to maximize on them.
- Create and maintain database for future reference and use.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.

Desired Skills:
- 4-6 years of experience in Inside sales role for Global geographies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Fair understanding of different geographies including US, UK, Canada, Australia etc.
- Experience in generating leads for IT services and solutions.
- Positive attitude & Go-getter.
