Thoroughly checking of annual report of the listed company.
Review Companys annual reports and fillings & analyzed financial statements and model to develop an understanding of a company and Industry.
Review and validate details of Profit and Loss account, Balance Sheet, Cash flow statement, Notes to the account and ratio analysis.
Check other detail of annual report like independent auditor report and other key detail and make summary.
Further develop analytical routines and tools supporting it to secure high quality results, identify and rectify any issues. Skills, Experience and Attributes:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines and Inter CA is must.
1 to 2 years related experience is required
Financial management, financial assistant, and/or financial analyst experience beneficial
Accounting qualification is highly preferred
Confident, proactive, organized and positive attitude
Strong time management and organizational skills
Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively
Able to gain respect with both internal and external teams
Quality improvement-oriented, professional approach
Computer proficiency - be proficient or trainable in complex aspects of financial software packages, including Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
