Managing social media accounts including Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube

Creating and curating content for social media platforms including posts videos and graphics.

Monitoring social media activity and engaging with customers and followers to build relationships.

Analyzing and reporting on social media metrics such as engagement rates and clickthrough rates to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

Staying up to date with the latest social media trends tools and best practices

Collaborating with other teams including marketing and sales to align social media strategies with overall business goals

Educational qualification/ Competencies

• Degree in marketing communication studies journalism creative writing or similar.
• Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of past campaigns
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of social media platforms tools and best practices
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and metrics
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A creative and innovative mindset with a passion for staying up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Monday to Saturday

Timings 10am to 6pm
