Job Description:- Participate in user requirements analysis, translate business requirements into design, engage and negotiate with stakeholders to provide high quality BI solutions Create insightful BI content and review it with stake holders for the sign off. User onboarding, tracking adoption and implementation of best practices wrt Qlik View development. Knowledge of Qlik view environment’ different components, troubleshooting issues on need basis. Ability to write complex SQLs and develop creative, insightful visualizations Optimize dashboards with a focus on usability, performance, flexibility and standardization Create and maintain documentation including requirement, design and user manuals. Provide training & dashboard walkthrough to end users. Maintain the existing reporting framework and add value in terms of generating new data analysis and insights. Lead and Mentor the BI team members. Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from internal stakeholders Perform Unit Testing. Coordinate with QA Testing team for QA review and fix defects and own Bring innovative solutions to business problems Proactively recommend areas for improvement (systems and processes) Be a Go To person for All Bi Requirements Knowledge on Data Analytics desired – Python knowledge is preferred Basic knowledge of administration of Qlik environment
Job Requirement:- 5-10 years of experience working in Data Visualization tools Qlikview, Qlik Sense, Power BI Expertise in designing, developing, enhancing, deploying, supporting complex Qlik view dashboards with of size varying 5~15 GB. Experience in administration of above BI Stack. Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts. Expertise in in consuming data from different sources and designing the BI Data Models. Experience in writing SQL scripts to extract data from Netezza, Oracle, SQL Server. Should have outstanding knowledge on performance tuning of reports and dashboards. Good understanding of Data science & Analytics – Hands on ability to run PoCs and Production Pilots Experience on cloud platforms - Azure and Google Cloud Platform. Familiar with Agile delivery methodologies. Expertise in Python/R to get actionable insights from data. Retail BI expertise is a must. Experience in the GCC region will be preferred.Job tags
