- Proven experience as a Corporate Chef or similar role
- Strong command of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- In-depth knowledge of the food industry and culinary trends
- Excellent taste and creativity in food preparation
- Experience in staff development and team leadership
- Ability to manage multiple properties and work under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement culinary strategies and standards across all properties
- Oversee menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff
- Collaborate with procurement and suppliers to source high-quality ingredients
- Stay updated on culinary trends and industry best practices
- Manage food cost and budget
- Ensure consistent quality and taste of food across all properties
- Monitor customer feedback and make necessary improvements
