Hi We are having Urgent Requirement for our Reputed IT Client.
Designation : Data Analyst Notice Period : Immediate Joiner or Max 30 Days Experience : 5 to 10 Years Location : Gurgaon Knowledge on Data Modelling, Data warehouse, and Data Analysis is also required. Key Skills: Minimum 5yrs Exp in Data Engineer , SAP, SQL , Data Profiling, Business Intelligence, Power BI , ERP Accountabilities - Discover, analyse, and scope data requirements & representing them in conceptual and logical data models.
- Gather and analyse data pertaining to various business processes such as forecasts, capital requirements, inventory, logistic, manufacturing and production capacity to develop supply chain models. geographics, POS, pricing and promotion, store profile, e-commerce data to develop channel models.
- Create high-level process models (system interface diagrams, workflow & swim lane diagrams, data flow diagrams) to represent processes for the area under analysis.
- Empower the business by creating value through the increased adoption of data, data science and business intelligence landscape.
- Responsible to improve the quality of data in relation to defined expectations.
- Perform analysis of system data to identify patterns, exceptions, and erroneous data.
- Interpret and explain complex data sets to non-technical stakeholders, translating data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop metrics, storyboards, and dashboards by gathering data from various sources to tell a story about the data.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, passion for continuous improvement.
Qualifications - 6+ years of experience with data analysis & data profiling in project, business requirements definition or data engineering in CPG or Manufacturing Industry.
- 4+ years of strong Data Profiling experience & ability to identify trends and anomalies in the data to in-form data model build out.
- 3+ years' work experience in the areas of Distribution Network Analysis, Manufacturing, Production Network Optimization, Transportation, Demand Planning, or other areas related to Supply Chain or other domains such as Financial, Consumer, Channel, Category etc.
- Experience working with structured/unstructured datasets, ability to clearly document and communicate requirements to technical team members.
- A strong candidate will have proficient knowledge on 3-5 of the tools listed below.

- Business Process Modelling: Visio, Celonis, UML
- Data Profiling: OpenRefine, Informatica, Ataccama, Apache Griffin, Talend, IBM InfoSphere
- Business Intelligence: Power BI, Tableau, Cognos, SAP BI, Qlik
- SQL: PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, PgAdmin, Oracle SQL Developer, Microsoft SQL, Datapine SQL Editor, Adminer
- ERP : SAP, SAP BW SAP BO, JDA
- Understanding of MS Azure and Databricks
- Strong SQL,Excel and/or Access skills
