We are seeking an experienced and proactive Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base and reach revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
Lead the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to the management team.                                                                                                          ÂRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.Â
Proven track record of success in business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation techniques, and business development strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and identify growth opportunities.
Highly organized with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as needed.
