Position:* Production Supervisor
*Education Qualification:* Diploma or degree in Food Science Technology
*Experience:* 2-3 years
*Specialization:*
- Proficient in the production of energy bars, chocolate breakfast, and bakery items made up of cereal.
- Able to oversee quality control processes and ensure adherence to standards.
- Skilled in managing the production process of ready-to-eat food items.
*Responsibilities:*
1. Supervise the production line, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
2. Train and mentor production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.
3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for timely replenishment of materials.
4. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
5. Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve any issues that arise.
6. Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
