Responsibilities:
Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitors to ensure our strategy remains relevant and effective. Schedule and publish posts, respond to comments, and actively engage with the online community. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports to inform strategy adjustments. Meta Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Set up and manage ad budgets, targeting parameters, and bid strategies to achieve campaign objectives. Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting to maximize campaign performance. Stay informed about meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices to maintain effective advertising strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on social media and meta advertising. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and advertising on meta platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in using social media management tools and advertising platforms. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Essentials: 1+ year of marketing experience.
