This role requires skill and creativity to lead art direction and graphic design, ensuring high-quality results for our clients. The ideal candidate will oversee all project stages, from conceptualization to production, while collaborating closely with the marketing team to maintain brand identity and standards. Collaboration with copywriters and marketing coordinators is essential for developing concepts and ensuring project success. Strong attention to client briefs and budget constraints is crucial, along with timely delivery and expert technical advice. Passion, consumer insight, and communication skills are key, along with efficiency and problem-solving abilities for managing multiple projects. While a BFA or MFA in arts is preferred, we welcome individuals with exceptional design skills and a drive to excel. Join us and unleash your creativity!
