Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced USIT Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in talent acquisition focusing on identifying and recruiting toptier IT professionals. This position requires a deep understanding of the IT industry excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and clients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
  2. Source and identify qualified IT candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and referrals.
  3. Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  4. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  5. Negotiate and finalize offers with selected candidates ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages.
  6. Keep abreast of industry trends market conditions and competitor practices to drive continuous improvement in recruitment strategies.
  7. Provide regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.
  8. Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and streamline the hiring process.
  9. Stay informed about immigration policies and visa requirements to facilitate the hiring of international candidates if applicable.
  10. Foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a USIT Recruiter or a similar role in the staffing industry.
  2. Indepth knowledge of IT technologies job roles and industry trends.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  4. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
  5. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  6. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  7. Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  8. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or a related field is preferred.
