Overview:
The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness lead generation and customer engagement across various digital platforms. They are responsible for managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns optimizing SEO and analyzing marketing data to improve campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Manage and optimize payperclick (PPC) campaigns to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and provide actionable insights.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Create compelling ad copies and visual content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce digital marketing materials.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives targeting and landing pages for optimal results.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Generate reports on campaign performance and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively across different channels.
- Identify and implement innovative digital marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing goals.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in managing digital marketing campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics Google Ads and Facebook Business Manager.
- Indepth knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of digital advertising metrics and KPIs.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
- Solid understanding of social media advertising and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Certifications in Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
- Uptodate knowledge of digital marketing trends tools and technologies.
- Detailoriented with a focus on delivering highquality accurate work.
