Job description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) ABS, ESP, ADAS & EPS Systems Functional validation, Performance,Reliability testing and evaluation on Vehicles.
2) Vehicle level testing & validation of Chassis & Active Safety - ABS, ESP, ADAS & EPS systems
3) Test planning, test case preparation,Result analysis & Reporting.
4) Failures diagnosis and route cause analysis.
5) Vehicle instrumentation for various test execution.
6) Test validation plan preparation for Chassis & Safety w.r.t various stages in product development life cycle.
7) Field failure analysis & PDCA (Plan Do Check & Act) cycle development.
8) Validation concerns reporting & tracking for closure.
9) Support to develop test cases, scenarios etc with respect to customer usage profile, field failures etc.

Experience

5 to 7 yrs

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

BE/B.Tech - Mechatronics/Automobile Electronics

General Requirements

1) ABS, ESP, ADAS & EPS Systems testing
2) Extensive knowledge of Vehicle based networking and communication protocols(e.g. CAN,CAN-FD, J1939, FlexRay,Ethernet, LIN, SPI, I2C, FPD-III, MOST)
3) Exposure to Automotive Sensor, Camera, Radar & Lidar etc
4) Proficient with CAN Flashing, logging & Diagnostics tools
4) Understanding of Microcontroller/ Microprocessor and interpretation of data sheet
5) Working Knowledge of ASPICE, V Model Based System Development.
6) Significant experience in a Systems Testing role across the product lifecycle
