Job description
We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst working and supporting the Sales team. This is a full-time role based in Bangalore that comes with a favourable salary and benefits package.
What you'll be doing
- Extract data from ATS and HRIS tools to update scheduled reports
- Timely delivery of Daily and Weekly Dashboards to meet stakeholder requirements
- Refresh and monitor power bi dashboards on a day-to-day basis to ensure all power bi reports are refreshed
- Will be working and supporting the Sales team
What you need
- 1-3 years of work experience as a data analyst or in a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands on knowledge on Advanced Excel - must have (preferrable Macros)
- Experience working with Sales Team
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, with a focus on key account managements
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of SFDC- Sales Force
- Familiarity with Party ID's, account names,
- Needs to handle process level escalations also take up responsibilities with Technical troubleshooting.
- Be available to work from office up to 5 days a week – work location will be Kadubeesanahalli Bangalore
- Comfortable working in ANZ and APJC timelines
