Brief job description: Would be required to conduct regular customer service and systems training programs, along with other programs assigned. Open to travel for 18 days a month with rostered offs. Open to work morning afternoon shift pattern Actively participates in team and ifly engagement activities Actively contributes to ongoing and future projects. Updates and improves all training material (modules/job aids) pertaining to functional training module Contributes towards quality enhancement of the training program and brings in innovations for efficiency. Skills Required Worked for a minimum of 4-6 years in the terminal building Handled International, domestic and code share flights/operations Managed IROPs operations Strong understanding of IndiGo policies Trained on advance DCS and/or World Tracer Web Note: Must be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational offs Preferred Skills: Knowledge of MS word, excel and PowerPoint. Basic understanding and comfort with virtual video editing tools is desirable.
